Three course meal options start between $75-$85 per person.
Four course meal options start between $86-$110 per person
All course dinner options are plated unless specified differently.
Chef Val uses as many local/regional ingredients as possible and prepares every course meal from scratch.
Chef Val provides the food, brings his own equipment, and takes care of cleanup with the exception of glassware as guests hold on to those little longer.
About 60% of the meal is prepared prior to my arrival (e.g. desserts and sauces take longer to prepare). He will finish cooking and preparing at they location.
Chef Val will act as the server, as well as present and introduce each course meal as well as clearing plates from the table.
You are responsible for making sure the location has enough plates and silverware for each course. Moreover, you are responsible for providing beverages.
Chef Val will arrive between 45min to 60min prior to the start of the occasion to unload, set up, figure out the kitchen layout as well as to meet everyone.
Menu composition includes a choice of two appetizers, one salad, one entrée, and one dessert. In the event you decide to have two entrées, please note there is a $25 per person for the second entrée.
Once you have decided on your menu, and have informed Chef Val of your course meal choices, he will email you a detailed formal invoice with all the information, which I will need signed and emailed back to him.
Please be aware there is a 25% gratuity.
Payment is due two weeks prior to the event date.
Last but not least, during the event , you will have access to an iPad that you can use to take photos and videos. My social media manager/assistant will be on site as well to take photos and videos. After the event, he will edit them and email you a secure google drive link where you can view and download all the photos and videos taken during the event.
