Chef Val is a great chef, and you can tell he puts his heart into his cooking. Â Not only does he create delicious, beautifully plated meals, but he also great company. He is well-prepared, very organized and transparent all so that he can execute a great event. Â Chef Val would explain how he created the dish and where he sourced his ingredients, which made the meal. Â He is very creative with his menu and his style is enjoyably different.
Chef Val served our party of 12 people (including kids). Â He had an assistant and offered a photographer to take pictures of us to help us remember the event. Having Chef Val and his team prepare dinner for us was definitely the right choice to celebrate my mother's birthday. Â It gave us comfort of being in our own space and the kids can be free to do what they want. He really gave us quite an experience that we would never forget.

Chef val and his team was the best!! We went down to Hilton head for my sisters bachelorette and he cooked an amazing meal for 10 of us. He was great to work with  and super flexible. Every part of the meal was amazing. Everyone said it was the best part of the trip. Highly recommend!!
A memorable experience!
One of the most amazing meals my friends and myself have ever had! I booked Chef Val Domingo for a Bachelorette Party surprise and man did we WOW the bride! The food was honestly incredible and the experience was something you have to do at least once in your life. Val arrived right on time and brought everything he needed to prepare the meal. He prepared everything while us girls got ready upstairs and we were shocked at how quick the preparation time was (we were a tad late coming downstairs). Chef Val waited patiently for us and then served us the most delicious meal. He explained in detail each meal and its origin and then cleaned up EVERYTHING afterwards. 10/10 would recommend booking him if you are in the area! We will surely book again when we come back! Amazing Food and Experience
Chef Val came to my home to cook a 3 course meal and it was AMAZING! He is an absolute professional and called me ahead of time to let me know what to expect. He called again the day of the event to verify the time. He arrived promptly and it was great to learn why he chose particular ingredients and understand his preparation. The meal was one of the top 10 meals I have eaten in my life. The portions were an excellent size and it was gourmet without being pretentious. To me the food was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and had high quality ingredients. Ask me would I do it again? YES.
